9 Key to feel good here and now

If we have a purpose in life is to feel good !
Feeling good is to honor life! We all seek happiness and peace .
However, our actions do not always go in this direction and may even be completely inconsistent with what we want.
So I propose today to reconnect with that feeling of well-being with feel good here and now through 9 keys simple and powerful at once.

1) Focus on what makes me feel good

If one feels bad is that we focus on what we do not want or more.
It's really crazy to see as it is done by the impact made by the situations we live.
I know you know that everything is infinite possibilities in every moment. You can turn your life at any time.
You can decide to go to the other side of the world, to resign, to do crazy things.
So why cry over what we saw from the time where you can create everything?9 Key to feel good here and now
To feel good here and now, focus on what you really want!

2) Enjoy life for what we have

Look around you, you have an infinite number of goods.
  • You have a roof, a soft bed, a pillow.
  • You have to eat, drink, enough to feed you.
  • You certainly have family, friends, people with whom to exchange.
  • You have electricity, computer, electronics, internet.
  • You have a body that allows you to move, senses that allow you to see, hear, communicate, touch, feel.
  • You have money to buy what makes you happy.
  • You have activities that fill your days and make you live different experiences.
  • You have access to unlimited resources of life: sun, earth, fruits, animals.
  • You have everything to feel good here and now but do you see?

3) To say THANK YOU to feel good instantly

Gratitude is the art of connecting to the finest vibrations available. Say THANK YOU as much as you can.
  • Say thank you for everything you have.
  • Say thank you for what life gives you.
  • Say thank you for the food that is given to you.
  • Say thank you for what is happening in your life.
  • Say thank you to each new day begins as a new beginning.
  • Say thank you for new encounters and exchanges you have with others
  • Say thank you for what you learn each day
  • Say thank you for the opportunity to give the best of yourself and give others
  • Say thank you health, wealth, comfort, love, warmth ...
  • Say thank you for being alive

4) Taking care of yourself

Taking care of care is vital to feel good. Many of us forget that each of us is the most important person in the universe

5) Being authentic self

A role can only undermine you in the long run.
The only way to really feel good is to be yourself.
So you're going to love you and be appreciated for who you really are.
You will be hated and that's normal. This is part of the process to recover fully.
But think about it: would you rather be loved and hated for who you are or who you are not?

6) Find the wonderful

Look again around you and find the wonder of being alive.
See the wonderful surrounding you at every moment.
The wonderful is everywhere. It is in nature. It is in human beings and all living species.
It is the manifestation of everything provided that we are given the right to see her.
Find wonderful as it is right there waiting for you to put eyes on him ...

7) Breathing

Do you really breathe in your life? Or are you constantly apnea as many people?
When we know breathe and you breathe deeply and consciously in his life, you feel naturally good!
It makes a world of good to breathe properly.
If you take the time each day to breathe in and out consciousness in a profound way, your level of immediate well-being and long term will completely take off!

9) Leave all your problems to God

I take the latter point that Wayne Dyer in his book on the intention to give this wonderful practice to display a sign which will be seen early in the day saying,
"  Hello, this is God. I'll take care of all your problems today. I no longer need your help, so place a miraculous day ".
Is it not a wonderful sign?
What better than to Clacher -Taking on the problems one can have in life? Personally, I love it!
